The most important thing for health is to keep the norm

It is estimated that fifty percent of people suffer from gastritis (inflammation of the gastric mucosa), and ninety percent of urban residents suffer from gastrointestinal problems. According to experts, this is often due to the fact that we do not follow the simple rules of keeping the stomach healthy. So what are these rules? Professor O. Drapkina analyzes these rules into five.

The first rule. Breakfast. A nutritious breakfast is the first condition for maintaining a healthy gastrointestinal tract. A variety of cereals and whole wheat breads are the basis of a proper breakfast every day. It is better to add a piece of boiled meat or cheese. There is no need to eat butter after the age of 25, but if women consume a small amount of butter, they will have a drug A to keep their skin young.

Although coffee is considered harmful by many, it contains acetic and malic acids and minerals. It is best to drink a cup of coffee with milk or non-fat sour cream in the morning to move the stomach. Coffee can be melted or interpreted. Only instant coffee has less caffeine. In the West, lunch is common, but for us the best thing is to eat some fruit. If you are used to it, lunch time is 14.00. Drink a liquid meal at lunch every day, of course. Cabbage soup is very healthy, it is better without meat. Beetroot is also a wonderful boon, as it kills cancer-causing pathogens. At lunch, of course, eat beets.

Don't miss the last meal until 7pm. It's hard, but you have to get used to it. Then sleep will be smooth. If you want to lose weight, eat eight meals a day, one cup at a time. A healthy person should drink two liters of fluid a day.

The second rule. Walking. Physical activity is important for the proper functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. Expensive fitness is not necessary. The most convenient is to walk for an hour a day at a speed of five kilometers per hour. It is best to do this exercise before going to bed to stay healthy in every way.

The third rule. Get a medical checkup. To make sure your gastrointestinal tract is working properly, go to the clinic and get the simplest checkups. First, determine your blood sugar level. If it is high, it is a sign of diabetes. Then pay attention to your cholesterol levels. After the age of 25, everyone should know their cholesterol levels. 5 mmol / l in your blood. cholesterol is a necessary norm. If you have heart failure, hypertension (blood pressure), gallstones, your cholesterol level is 4.5 mmol / l.

Everyone over the age of 40 is required to have a rectal and gastric examination once - colonoscopy and gastroscopy.

Rule number four. Don't smoke. It has been found that pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas), gastric diseases, pancreatic, liver and stomach cancers are mainly caused by smoking. When it comes to alcohol, some people find it helpful to drink red wine in moderation. But not everyone can keep the norm. If you are not sure that you can keep the norm, do not worry: even the slightest violation of the norm poses a serious risk to the pancreas, liver and other organs. Therefore, it is best not to drink at all.

The fifth rule. Childhood habits. Addiction to any food is formed from childhood. If you teach a child to eat carrots from an early age, he will not like buns even when he grows up. You should not use certain foods, such as candy, to encourage your child. There is a lot of wisdom in creating a family eating culture, especially when everyone eats at the same table. When there is plenty of food on the table, a person is accustomed to getting only what he needs.

The sixth rule. Dysbacteriosis does not cure. Don't be obsessed with ads. Don't be fooled by advertisements that tell you to get rid of dysbacteriosis, especially by taking digestive pills. In practice, the medical term "dysbacteriosis" does not exist at all. It's just that there is a syndrome of accumulation of excess bacteria, but it happens to everyone for different reasons. So, to treat an abstract dysbacteriosis without knowing the cause is like shooting a sparrow with a ball.

Some people also prefer to take pills for prophylaxis, such as taking essential phospholipids to protect the liver from the harmful effects of alcohol. While there is no objection to these drugs, does it make sense to drink alcohol at the same time to poison the organs and at the same time take pills to protect yourself? Better a poor horse than no horse at all. Because there should be a norm in everything - both in eating and in taking pills.

Those who live a long and healthy life are the ones who can keep this golden rule.
