Just Another Busy Weekend!
Eric received his undergraduate degree in hotel, restaurant, and institutional management from the
University of Delaware. While in college, he held several part-time positions in the hospitality
industry, including restaurant food server and front desk agent. He completed rooms and food and
beverage internships with Hilton hotels, Marriott hotels, and a small chain of time-share properties
in Colorado. After graduation, Eric entered the corporate management training program with Hyatt
in Cincinnati. After completing the six-month training program, he became the assistant FOM and
was promoted to his current position of FOM.
