1. What are the most important responsibilities in your present position? It is important to remain calm and pleasant at all times, and you must have “a smile in your voice” while doing so. It is also
important to be able to multitask: Busy front office personnel must do more than one thing at a time. I am responsible for
making sure that my guests receive the room types they request and that have been guaranteed. An important part of my
position is to interact with them by telephone and in person. I know many of our guests by name, and one part of my job
that I really like is to give them a hospitable greeting and to thank them for choosing Marriott!
