this profession are not solely financial—and most of the time are not financial at all! If you are
genuinely interested in helping people achieve their goals (career goals in the case of your
associates and travel goals in the case of your guests) and can make your own goals second-
ary, then you have what it takes. A great thing about this business is that what we do requires
human labor. Showing genuine concern for someone’s problems, sincere appreciation for
someone’s efforts, or gratitude is something that cannot be done by a machine; therefore, our
