The increase in return on equity by 3% was due to: 

1) Sales profitability                     18,5-21,3=-2,8 

 

2) Coefficient of fixation              18,7-18,5=+0,2

 

3) Capital ratio                               24,3-18,7=+5,6 

 

Total:                                               +3 % 

From the calculations made it follows that an increase in the profitability of the 

enterprise's capital was facilitated by a decrease in the capital intensity, i.е. Increase 

in  capital  productivity  and  a  decrease  in  the  ratio  of  fixed  assets  (increase  in  the 

efficiency  of  using  current  assets).  Reduction  of  profitability  of  sales  (reduction  of 

market  efficiency  of  the  enterprise)  led  to  a  decrease  in  the  profitability  of  the 

company's capital. Delux Fabric LLC has reserves to improve the profitability of the 

company's capital by increasing the efficiency of the use of fixed assets. 

The relationship between the indicators of profitability of working capital and its 

turnover is expressed as follows:
