Extension activity: mini-dialogues
Students choose one or two more of the abbreviations and terms from Exercises
3d and 3e and, in pairs, write mini-dialogues between Donna and Penny, following
the examples from Exercise 3f. They can perform their dialogues to the class who
have to work out what abbreviation or term the dialogue was about.

Students work individually to complete the schedule table and then check their
answers in pairs.
