Part V. Participation in Criminal Offences 
Section 47 
1.  The following persons shall be criminally liable as offenders of a criminal offence:  
1°.  any persons who commit the offence, either personally or jointly, or who cause an innocent 
person to commit the offence; 
2°.  any persons who, by means of gifts, promises, abuse of authority, use of force, threat or 
deception or by providing opportunity, means or information, intentionally solicit the 
commission of the offence. 
2.  With regard to the last category, only those acts they intentionally solicited, and their 
consequences, shall be taken into account.
