Section 38l 
1.   The entrustment order under which a person is detained shall be terminated when a judgment, in 
which the same person is again detained under an entrustment order, becomes final. 
2.  An order for admission to a psychiatric hospital shall be terminated when a judgment, in which an 
order for admission of the same person to a psychiatric hospital is again issued, becomes final. 
3.  An order for admission to a psychiatric hospital shall be terminated by operation of law when a 
judgment, in which detention under an entrustment order with compulsory treatment or an order for 
continuation of such order is issued for the same person, becomes final.
