5. The court may set a condition as referred to in subsections (1) and (4) only if the person detained
under an entrustment order has stated that he is prepared to comply with the condition.
6. The court may order, ex officio or on application of the public prosecutor, the immediate
enforceability of the conditional detention under an entrustment order.

An order as referred to in subsection (6) shall start to run at the time of the defendant’s arrest for
the purpose of enforcement of this order, or upon expiration of the enforcement of another order
involving deprivation of liberty, issued in the same case.
