Section 37b 
1.  The court may order that the person detained under an entrustment order shall receive compulsory 
treatment if this treatment is necessary in the interest of the safety of others or the general safety 
of persons or property.  
2.  If the court has imposed a term of imprisonment in addition to the measure of an entrustment order 
with compulsory treatment, the court may include a recommendation for the date on which the 
entrustment order with compulsory treatment should commence in its judgment.
