Section 199
1. Any person who intentionally breaks, removes or damages seals by which objects are sealed by or
on behalf of the competent authorities, or in any other way invalidates the closure effected by such
seal, shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding two years or a fine of the fourth
category.
2. The custodian who intentionally commits the offence or allows the offence to be committed, or
assists the offender as an accomplice, shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding
three years or a fine of the fourth category.
3. If the offence has been committed as a consequence of the custodian's carelessness, he shall be
liable to a term of detention not exceeding one month or a fine of the second category.
