The  table  reveals  that  the  percentage  of  satisfied  employees  in  all  categories  is  very  high 
(61.11%) in the income group of 25,000 &above and dissatisfaction towards income is very high 
in income group of 15,000-25,000. 
To probe this  further statistically this Chi-square test has been adopted with the hypothesis that 
―There is no significant difference between the nature of work of the employees in all categories 
and their income‖.  
The results are shown as under: 
Degree of freedom (r-1) (c-1) = (3-1) (2-1) = 2 
Observed value of Chi-square =0.112016 
Expected value of Chi-square at 1% level =9.210 
Expected value of Chi-square at 5% level =5.991
