PART 2

Describe a teacher who you really did not like.

You should say:

•  who the teacher was

•  w hat kind of person they w ere

•  what their lessons w ere  like

and explain  why you d idn ’t like them.

I’ve been lucky to have a lot of really great teachers, but there was one 

who I did not like at all.  H e was my science teacher when I was  14 and 

he was useless! All of our lessons were really boring and we spent most 

of the time copying out of a text book.  H e wasn’t very good at explain­

ing things so it felt like we w ere just teaching ourselves m ost of the 

time. Also, because  the  lessons w ere  so dull, som e o f my classm ates 

would misbehave a lot and be very noisy and rude. H e wasn’t very good 

at controlling the class, which  m ade  it even h ard er to  learn anything.
