TESTS THAT SHOUDE BE APPLIDE TO SOLAR PANELS ACCORDING 
TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

1. Introduction: 
When seeking to achieve a modern country, we must realize what are the 
ingredients on which this country is built, and among the most important factors 
that give the country modernity and technology is the reduction of gas emissions. 
The more we want to move to modernity, the more demand for electrical 
energy. In addition, since most of the electrical sources depend on the production 
of fuel or gas [1]. So we must shift towards sustainable sources to secure electrical 
energy, which gives us clean and free electrical energy on the other hand, securing 
important economic returns that support the national economy. One of the most 
important sources of sustainable or renewable energy is solar energy. However, 
when we talk about investing solar energy, we must realize what are the solar 
panels that give us the most cost-effective energy [2].

Research problem: 
Most manufacturers of solar panels provide technical specifications for solar 
panels and in most of these specifications do not match the product, especially 
when the greed of merchants intervenes in order to achieve high financial gains. 
Where he imports large quantities of solar panels with poor specifications and 
deludes the investor by giving him specifications that do not match the product. 
Therefore, it is necessary to educate the specialists on the methods of testing the 
solar panels.
