The tests revealed the following parameters of the combined unit: processing 


depth; quality of soil compaction; the height of the ridge; work productivity; fuel 
consumption, speed. 
Experimental tests of the tool were carried out in the cotton fields of the 
Kashkadarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, free of cotton stalks. The type 
of soil is a typical light serozem. The hardness and humidity of the soil along the 
horizons of 0-10, 10-20, 20-30, 30-40 cm was 2.17; 2.85; 3.30; 3.90 MPa and 15.8; 
16.9; 17.3; 17.1 %.

The quality indicators of the tool are determined by the “Tests of agricultural 
machinery, machines and tools for surface tillage, and program test methods used 
for testing of agricultural machinery and machines and tools for deep tillage. The 
program and test methods of "Testing of agricultural machinery” and “Methods of 
energy assessment” were also used in this research.
In the test, the tool was aggregated to a New Holland T7060 tractor (Figure 4). 
Table 1 shows the results of the combined unit machine tests. The trials were 
conducted in late fall and early spring in cotton fields without cotton stalks (Figure 
5). 
Table 1 show that the quality indicators of the tool correspond to the presented agro 
technical requirements. When the tool is working, it forms ridges with a height of 
27.1 cm. 
During field tests, the experimental sample of the developed unit reliably 
performed the tasks of the technological process and its performance indicators 
fully met the requirements. 
Calculations show that the use of combined unitpowder in the formation of cotton 
in the fields without cotton reduces labor costs by 3.16 times, fuels and lubricants 
by 2.79 times and operating costs by 36.62%.
