Employers complain that many graduates they hire are deficient in basic skills such as writing, 
problem solving and critical thinking that college leaders and their faculties consistently rank 
among the most important goals of an undergraduate education. 

Most of the millions of additional students needed to increase educational attainment levels will 
come to campus poorly prepared for college work, creating a danger that higher graduation rates 
will be achievable only by lowering academic standards. 
While some college leaders are making serious efforts to improve the quality of teaching, many others 
seem content with their existing programs. Although they recognize the existence of problems affecting 
higher education as a whole, such as grade inflation or a decline in the rigor of academic standards, few 
seem to believe that these difficulties exist on their own campus, or they tend to attribute most of the 
difficulty to the poor preparation of students before they enroll. Education is the most important means 
of human development, as well as the development of modernization in civilization. In every 
government, education is the most important pillar that unites the whole nation and leads the state to 
ultimate success. Education is the center of personal and social development; its mission is to enable 
each of us, without exception, to fully develop our talents and realize our creative potential, including 
the responsibility to achieve our own lives and personal goals.Quality education allows students to 
develop all the qualities and skills to reach their potential as a person and a member of society. Thus, 
quality education involves considering what changes the educational institution wants to make in each 
student. Set high standards and help the student achieve them. People learn basic norms, rules, 
regulations, and values of society through education. Moreover, high quality education enables us to 
lead a successful life, enhances our intelligence, skills, knowledge, and brings positive changes in our

fe. We need good doctor’s good engineer’s good lawyers and good teachers after all 
good citizens one 
only ensuring availability of quality education. Education expands our vision and creates awareness. It 
helps us develop a disciplined life and provides us with better earning opportunities. It enables us to 
know the world beyond our own surroundings. Education is also a prerequisite of the prosperity and 
modernization of any country. Modern education is based on the humanism, freedom, equality, 
democracy, and human rights. The content of education keeps pace with the needs of modern society 
and is a mirror of its goals, values, and priorities. The present industrial society has opened up a plenty 
of occupations which require people with specialized skills and IT based knowledge. Quality education 
identifies learners' cognitive development as the major explicit objective of all education systems and 
emphasizes education's role in promoting values and attitudes of responsible citizenship and in 
nurturing creative and emotional development. Education administrators have a responsibility to 
promote policies that integrate schools, communities, and nations into a system that supports 
development of the whole child, ensuring that each student is healthy, safe, engaged, supported, and 
challenged.
