Conclusion. 
In the context of the world, the reality is that nearly 124 million children worldwide do 
not attend school, and 250 million children do not learn basic skills as a result of poor quality 
education. Girls, children with disabilities, minority groups, and children living in poor and remote 
areas are often deprived of access to quality education. Despite the difficulties listed above, the

government has established educational institutions in all low-income regions of the country, which 
provide scholarships, teacher training, infrastructure development, provision of information and 
communication technologies, Distribute free textbooks to students and make equal use of quality 
education for all students, from early education to higher education, and work with a wider community 
that sponsors students, their families, communities, local and international organizations so that all 
students as a whole can receive quality education. Nothing can replace quality education for the overall 
economic, social and spiritual well-being of the country. Only quality education can prepare students 
for the international labor market. So there is no compromise in providing quality education - the 
government has to work on that policy.
