INTRODUCTION
The growing importance of English in Uzbekistan as Uzbekistan becomes more open, Uzbeks, especially university students, are embracing the United States and the rest of the Western world. The most effective and beneficial way young Uzbeks are welcoming and engaging with these new relationships is through the English language. ​​The study of globalization is becoming more to learn foreign languages. The right to education is one of the key rights of the person. Education is a priority in the Republic of Uzbekistan for socio-economic, spiritual and cultural development. The Republic of Uzbekistan conducts its state policy in the field of education, the traditions of the nation, the historical experience of the people, the chapters of the culture and science, and the future development of society. Education includes education and upbringing, which targets the development of the republic in all respects, the society, which understands its responsibility to the family. In addition, there are many articles on education reform. In today's process of globalization, the effect of the radical reform of the education system of Uzbekistan is evident in all areas related to this area. The state pays special attention to the teaching and further development of foreign languages in the education system, which is a key sector of socio-economic, political and cultural life of the country, one of the vital factors that directly affect the morale of the population. at the policy level. At a video conference chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev on May 6, 2021 on measures to improve the system of teaching foreign languages, the problems in the system were analysed in detail and priorities were identified.
On this basis, the issue of attitudes to foreign language teaching is addressed in the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 19, 2021 No PP-5117 "On measures to bring the promotion of foreign languages in the Republic of Uzbekistan to a qualitatively new level": "... education in foreign languages.
It is no coincidence that the need to develop as a policy priority, radically improve the quality of education in this area, attract qualified teachers to the field and increase the population's interest in learning foreign languages ".
In the first president of the Republic of Uzbekistan " Teaching the younger generation through the introduction of modern methods of teaching and advanced methods of teaching technologies, professionals who can speak freely in these languages".
According to the radical improvement of the preparation system and the achievements of the world civilization and the creation of conditions and opportunities for the development of world information resources, the development of international information resources, and create opportunities for international cooperation and dialogue .That is why today life of life cannot be speculated without foreign languages. Even today, knowledge of a foreign language is a simple demand to be a well-specialist in one field. The attention was always high in the learning of foreign languages ​​in our country. One of priorities of every educator should be to master, not only the foreign language but also, its literature and culture. As well as, Western literature also had its own thinkers and writers. They lived and created in different eras. Among them is the famous writer Herman Melville.
