Dynamic aspect of professional adaptation
Different approaches to understanding of dynamic aspect of professional 
adaptation which testify about broadened interpretation of the given category are 
considered. The approach based on S.J. Rubinstein’s position about two ways of the 
human being’ existence in the world — adaptive and creative ones is offered. The 
parameters which allow to differentiate these two ways with the reference to a labor 
are developed. The brief characteristic of three variants of the adaptive way of the 
human being’ existence in his/her labor is given: adaptive-reproductive, adaptive-
deforming and maladaptive-deforming ones.

Идентификационные аспекты социальной адаптации профессионалов
Социальная адаптация профессионала рассматривается как функция 
произвольного субъекта, направленная на преодоление социогенных кризисов 
профессиональной идентичности. Идентификационные аспекты адаптации и 
ее типы представлены в системе координат, отражающих индивидуальную 
толерантность профессионала и социальную открытость среды. Приводится 
теоретическая модель переидентификации профессионала при позитивных и 
негативных изменениях социальной среды разной степени выражености. В 
рамках этой модели рассматриваются: адаптационный резерв идентичности, 
аспекты ее преобразования в эпоху глобализации и нравственные регуляторы 
социальной адаптации профессионалов.

Identification aspects of the professionals’ social adaptation
The professionals’ social adaptation is considered as the subject’s function 
directed on overcoming social crises of professional identity. Identification aspects of 
the adaptation and their types are presented in the system of the coordinates reflecting 
individual tolerance of the professional and social openness of the environment.
The theoretical model of the professional’s re-identification is resulted at positive 
and negative different degree changes of the social environment. Within that model 
the adaptable reserve of identity and its transformations during an epoch of globalization 
and moral regulators of the professionals’ social adaptation are considered.
