The quality of education at school 
is the ratio of goal and result, provided that the goal is set and predicted in the area of the child's 
immediate development. Education is considered to be of high quality if the child is trained and 
brought up at the highest possible level. 
 
Questions for discussion: 
1. Describe the main elements of Management: Human Capital, human resource, human factor, 
educational process, goal, tool. 
2. Pedagogical Council, its goals and objectives, functions and powers. 
3. Requirements for the control system assembly model.

.Human capital
is a set of knowledge, skills, and abilities used to meet the diverse needs of a 
person and society as a whole. The main challenge to the development of human capital in the 
digital civilization is the speed of transformation of the socio-technological infrastructure.
Human resources 
are a collection of people who make up the workforce of an organization, business 
sector, industry or economy. A narrower concept is human capital, knowledge and skills that 
individuals possess. Similar terms include labor force, labor force, personnel, employees, or simply: 
people. 
Human factors r
efer to environmental, organisational and job factors, and human and individual 
characteristics, which influence behaviour at work in a way which can affect health and safety" 
Educational process
is a structured system of organizational and didactic measures aimed at 
performing requirements of a definite educational level according to the state standards of higher 
education.

Tasks, functions, types, forms and methods of conducting pedagogical councils 
The Pedagogical Council is a place where each member of the team has the right to be heard, where 
common problems are solved together, where new beginnings are launched and the work already 
done by the teaching staff is summed up. 
The pedagogical Council is created in preschool institutions of all types, regardless of departmental 
affiliation, where at least three teachers work. 
The Pedagogical Council is a permanent collegial self-governing body of preschool teachers. The 
pedagogical council includes not only all teachers, but also other employees of the preschool, 
including medical, as well as parents (with the right of advisory vote). The chairman of the 
Pedagogical Council of the DOE is the head of the DOE. 
Meetings of the Pedagogical Council are convened, as a rule, once every two months in accordance 
with the work plan of the Preschool Educational Institution. 


The purpose of the pedagogical council is to coordinate the activities of all participants in the 
pedagogical process, to create optimal conditions for the creative search of teachers, to stimulate 
innovative approaches to solving educational and educational tasks.

Control system designers using the traditional development process cannot check their projects 
until the engines and other control system equipment are implemented "in hardware" (this usually 
happens at the late stages of the design process and the creation of the control system). On the 
contrary, model-oriented design (MOS) allows you to start testing and testing with models of these 
components at an early stage of development, saving time, reducing costs and improving the quality 
of the system as a whole and the accuracy of work. 
In a traditional workflow, engineers most often could not inspect and test their control system 
designs until late development cycles, when motors, sensors, drives and other system equipment 
finally become available. This approach justified itself when the expected logic of the system was 
predictable. The problems that arose were very often resolved by complicating and configuring the 
control system during the final system integration. 
Tasks 
1) The "letter to a friend" method: Write in a letter to a friend what you understand about the topics 
discussed at the seminar using. 
2) The" listening trio" method. Based on the tasks on the given topic of the seminar, report: students 
are united in a group of 3 people. Each student plays the role of Speaker, correspondent, Secretary. 
The speaker says something, explains the question, or expresses his opinion. The correspondent 
talks with help and asks for an explanation. The secretary touches the necessary places and gives a 
conclusion at the end of the conversation. 
3) Create a Rebus in conjunction with the tasks on the topic of the given seminar.
