Objective: To give a description of the main elements in the management of the pedagogical process 
with an explanation of the official activity in the management system, the requirements for the 
model of management by technological means and the design of the management system. 
 
Quality education management in the context of modern school modernization.
 
The problem of managing the quality of education of modern schoolchildren remains 
insufficiently developed. This is due, firstly, to the fact that there are still different points of view in 
defining the essence of the concept of "quality of education"; secondly, to the need to take into 
account current trends in world development that cause significant changes in the education 
system. Reforming and restructuring the activities of a modern school in the light of the 
requirements of the Concept of Modernization of the education system makes it necessary to 
introduce significant changes in its management, considered as a purposeful and interrelated activity 
of the managing and managed subsystems in connection with the relevance, social and pedagogical 
significance of solving this problem. 
The strategic task of modernizing education. 
Ensuring the modern quality of education on the basis of preserving its fundamental nature and 
compliance with the current and future needs of the individual, society and the state"Contradictions 
of quality management of education: 
In this regard, contradictions between: the understanding that the priority direction in the activities 
of the administration of a modern educational institution is the management of the quality of 
education of students and the insufficiency of its scientific justification; the objective need of the 
practice of educational institutions in the creation of intra-school systems for the management of 
the quality of education of students and the lack of pedagogical support that reveals a systematic 
approach to solving the problem.
