On the one hand, teamwork can be great source of success. In workplaces, adults are expected to work in teams which they could exchange their skills with one another. For example, when they work as a team, they try to grant qualification which they have. So, in teamwork may fit inexperienced, workers. And also, for new workers who have just graduated from university.
On the other hand, some opponents think that good leadership is a great way to succeed in business. It may encourage staff to work efficiently to outdo to the other colleagues in the office. If they are interested to their new career, they will probably work harder and also try to charge their career, for example, they advance to be manager some works.
In conclusion, I can understand why people want to work as leadership, but it seems to me that working with a team is much more desirable in company success.

There are some arguments about the real reason behind a company’s growth. Some people think that great teamwork lead a company to success, others believe that a positive leader plays a basal role in the success of company. We will discuss both ideas and at the end provide my opinion on this topic.
Firstly, alone leader cannot develop a company without a team. If you have a good teamwork, your company success step by step. Because your teamwork do the main work and give you some great ideas for company. The good teamwork with leader get more success than the bad teamwork with a positive leader. For instance, multinational firms such as Google, which operate on a large scale need many sections for each part of business and it is the collective efforts of these departments which work as a team has led the company to become the most profitable in the world market.
On the other hand, a broad-minded leader provides effective ideas and management for the company. The ideas developed by a top leader can enable managers to help teams set goals and work with motivation. The leader control and give feedbacks on team performance to eliminate weak areas.
In conclusion, A positive leader and good teamwork achieve together many successes. In my opinion, The leader without good team is like the human without head or the team without a positive leader is like the head without body.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that teamwork is a crucial key point to making a great benefit for massive business achievement even though some others do not believe it.
