UNDER 14/16/19 BOYS/GIRLS SINGLES, DOUBLES & MIXED

TIME 9.00am – 5.00pm

1. 
   All competitors must attend a Secondary school within Mid/East Lothian and be affiliated to SSBU or BADMINTONscotland. If your school has not affiliated by the time of the event, you will have the opportunity to affiliate individually before you play.
   
2. 
   The Sec. Championships are for Junior, Intermediate and Senior pupils who were born in appropriate years or later - U14 (2001) U16 (1999) U19 (1996).
   
3. 
   In Singles events, pupils must play in their own age group.
   
4. 
   All Doubles entries must be from the same school. A pupil may elect to play in a more senior age group with a partner of the correct age but may not play in that event in any other age group.
   
5. 
   Feather shuttlecocks will be used.
   
6. 
   Pool matches will be used if a large entry. Games to 21 points.
   
7. 
   There will be no breaks and no coaching permitted during matches.
   
8. 
   The entry fees are £5 for Singles & £4 per player for doubles events.
   
9. 
   The CLOSING DATE for entries is – Wednesday 14^th January 2015.
