by the insurance organization.
Private Joint-Stock Company Joint-Stock Insurance Company «INGO Ukraine» has 28 licenses 
for various types of compulsory and voluntary insurance, provides insurance services to 
corporate and retail clients.
1.2 Market share
In recent years, according to «INGO» Ukraine, it has occupied the first position on the market.
1.3 Quality of products (services)
The quality of insurance products is decent with a flexible pricing policy.
1.4 The state of the sales system
The marketing specialist of «INGO Ukraine» works intensively with a marketing specialist 
who provides maximum service promotion.
1.5 Advertising quality
The insurance company invests significant funds to develop an advertising campaign to 
establish itself in the market. Effective advertising provides an influx of potential consumers.
1.6 Availability of trademarks
Private Joint-Stock Company Joint-Stock Insurance Company «INGO Ukraine» has its own 
trademark and emblem.

2. Finance
2.1 Insurance company assets
The organization’s assets fluctuate during 2017—2019. That is, the insurance company 
operates at approximately the same level. Their structure is partially changing.
2.2 Net profit
Net profit tends to increase, so the company does not need additional investment and 
radical changes in the management system.
2.3 Return on capital
Return on capital tends to increase, so the company’s assets are used efficiently.
2.4 Working capital
The structure of working capital of «INGO Ukraine» JSIC is optimal. This state of affairs has a 
positive effect on the liquidity and solvency of the enterprise.
3. Staff
3.1 Management staff
The management staff is highly qualified, clearly delineated and delegated to lower-level 
managers.
3.2 Qualification of employees
Qualified personnel work at «INGO Ukraine» JSIC. Represented by 25 branches for customer 
service throughout Ukraine. About 500 employees of the Company work for its Clients in all 
regions of Ukraine.
3.3 Personnel policy
The company practices advanced training, recently there is a significant increase in staff.
3.4 Using incentives to motivate 
performers
In order to motivate employees, a system of material incentives is used, namely: bonuses.
