Towns and Cities ( Shahar va qishloq)

Each country has many towns and cities. Towns are small. Cities are big. There are many streets in a town or a city. A Street is a long or short road with houses in (on) it. In the centre of a town there is a square. The post - office is usually not far from it. You can see different plants, factories, banks and offices, where people work. Cities have many theatres, cinemas, museums, concert halls, galleries where people rest. Towns and cities are nice and green with trees and flowers. People like beautiful monuments, fountains and parks of their towns and cities. Moscow is a big city. It is the capital of Russia. Tashkent is a big and beautiful city. It is the capital of Uzbekistan. London is the capital of Great Britain (the UK). Washington is the capital of the United States of America.

My name is Gulnoza. I have got many clothes: five dresses, two skirts, four blouses, a school uniform, a jacket and a coat. In summer I have a I shirt and a skirt on I like to wear my red sandals. I can pin on a white or yellow blouse and green shorts.

In spring or autumn I wear my brown or grey dress. I put on tights or stockings, shoes or boots. I have a good jacket and a raincoat.

In winter I wear a warm coat, a long scarf a warm cap and high boots.
