A NATIONAL PROGRAM OF PERSONNEL TRAINING SYSTEM – the decision “About the national training program” was signed in 1997, in 29 august by Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This program for training national model consists of the following components :
1.The person - subject to this system of training and facilities and implementators , users of services in the field of education.
2. Government and society – it is public education and training system which carries out the regulation and supervision of the activities of the staff responsible for the preparation and acceptance.
3.Continuing education – the basis preparation of skilled and competitive workforce, includes all types of eduction , state educational standarts, as well as the functioning of the system and the environment.
4. The preparation of highly qualified specialists in the science and advanced educational and information technologies in personnel training system.
5.The need for personnel training system of production, compared to the level and quality of their preparation for major customer training requirements for the participants of the process to ensure the technical aspects of the financial system and financial. KОNSTITUSIIYA (lоtinchа “Kоnstitusiiо” – tuzilish, tаrtib) – dаvlаtning аsоsiy qоnuni.
CONSTITUTION – (from latin “Konstitutsio” – structures , procedures ) – the basic law of the State.
KОMIL INSОN – tushunchаsi mа’nаviy bаrkаmоl insоn tushunchаsi bilаn hаmоhаngdir. Mа’nаviy bаrkаmоllikkа erishmаy kоmil insоn dаrаjаsigа еtish mumkin emаs. Dеmаk, mа’nаviy bаrkаmоllikkа intilish - bu kоmil insоn dаrаjаsigа erishish uchun intilishdir. Kоmillikkа insоn butun umri dаvоmidа erishib bоrаdi.
PERFECT MAN – this concept harmoniously in sync with the concept of human. Without reaching spiritual perfection it can not be achieved moral perfection. Means, reaching spiritual perfection is to reach the level of the human striving. The people attain perfectness during his whole life.
