  1. Assume that you are currently the manager of a hypermarket. If there is a major argument amongst your employees for unknown reasons, please suggest how you would resolve this.

Answer:
It's important address coworkers fighting because workplace arguments and tension can develop into even larger problems, affecting the entire organization. Managers must discuss disputes and reach solutions in order to:
Maintain a positive environment: Conflict at work can increase stress levels for all employees, even those not directly involved.
Retain employees: Employees want to work where they feel comfortable and supported. You want to retain employees by providing an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration.
Avoid interrupting productivity: When employees engage in arguments, productivity suffers. A peaceful atmosphere can help promote better performances.
Keep employees focused: Conflict is distracting, so addressing it is key to eliminating distractions for the whole office.
Foster teamwork: Employees can be more creative and engaged when they work with a team that supports and encourages them. Fighting can disrupt this team spirit.

Confront it immediately
Address conflict in the workplace right away so that you can reach a solution as quickly as possible. This minimizes the effects of the fighting and avoid the problem becoming a larger issue. If there is a physical altercation, follow your company's protocol, which may include informing HR and calling law enforcement.
Hear both sides
When employees are fighting, meet with each party individually to hear their side of the story. Allow them to express their frustrations, and actively listen before responding. Make sure to clarify any points that you don't understand by repeating the issue back to the employee and asking follow-up questions. You can also speak with other employees who witnessed the conflict.
