FURTHER RESEARCH AND LIMITATIONS
As New Orleans recovers from Hurricane Katrina and residents continue to return to the city, further research on
resident’s attitudes should focus on the entire population and not just Generation Y. The sampling method used for
this study may not be an accurate representation of the population because a non-random sample was utilized
however, it was appropriate given the current situation in New Orleans.
