Introduction to Instruction Manual.
Dear customer,
This instruction manual will enable you to get to know the machinery and use it for the 
specified purpose. The Instruction Manual for the line homogenisation furnace contains 
important instructions for safe, practical, and economical operation. Your attention can help 
prevent hazards, reduce number of repair works and shut downs, increase reliability and 
service of the device, etc. Instruction manual must be available at all times in the device use 
location. Personnel authorized to perform activities with the machinery must read this 
Instruction Manual and understand prior to work commencement. We recommend to the user 
to request confirmation in writing. 
Description of the respective users – target group 
Notice: 
This Instruction Manual applies only to the recipient country of the user. This Instruction 
Manual focuses on: 
1)
Upskilled and trained operating staff. Persons who were not trained must not work 
with this machinery. 
2)
Everyone employed on this machinery. 
3)
Plant operator 
The operators must be of specialized workforce. The specialist workforce must have 
completed vocational education (qualified employee, foreman for industrial production or 
similar). The Instruction manual is created in compliance with the EU Directive on machinery 
2006/42/EC; and the 2006/95/EC Directive on the Harmonisation of the laws of Member 
States relating to electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits; and 
harmonised standards EN ISO 12100. In addition, emphasis is put on EN 746-1+A1, EN 746-
2 on Industrial thermoprocessing equipment.
