The National Health Sector Strategic Plan 2005-2010 is in the process of 
determination in 2004 and addresses the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), the 
National Economic Recovery Strategy, and the Poverty Reduction Strategy.  The 
MOH plans to finalize the National Health Sector Strategic Plan 2005-2010 by
