Women's inclusion in policy has become the frequent subject of a debate with strong arguments for and against. Despite the developments in equality and genderal division of labor in police force, I completely disagree with this opinion of women engagement into police force.
The unsuitability of women holding rank status into policing stems from several reasons. Firstly, physically less strength of women make them more vulnerable to manage their role as an officer. For example, persecuting criminals can be a cumbersome task for female than the male officers because of their naturally less ability to run fast and fight against law breakers, even defend themselves instead of detaining criminals. However, it can be easily done by male officers thanks to their strong persistence in all situations. Secondly, within a workplace, female officers have to deal with different attitudes by other work staff, discrimination and harassment in all cases and these challenges put much more pressure on them to continue their work.
Apart from the problems related to their job, women officers also have to consider how they manage their social life alongside the challenges they could face in work. For example, during emergency cases they have to be in a workplace or in a planned location no matter they are on holiday or day-off and it leads to difficulties in balancing between work and life. In other words, female officers would not be able to support their social life as long as they accomplish tasks according to their policing role. Furthermore, women can be more emotional at the times when they face the death of people, kidnapping or crimes around them and their relatives. They have a tendency to get stuck in such difficulties and their emotional response leads to disability to pursue their work.
In conclusion, due to the difficulties that women may have working as a police officer, they are not suitable for this work and, in most cases, more persistent and physically strong workforce is needed in criminology.

Overall, it is clear that the figures for both genders increased gradually throughout the period, and obesity was the most common among males for the majority of the period.

In 1980, 40% of men in Australia were overweight, and this figure rose to just well under 50% in 1990. Despite the growth of 65% in 2000, the proportion began to fall slightly to approximately 60% in 2010.

The percentage of overweight Australian women was lower than that for men. However, there was an increase in the proportion of overweight females from over 30% in 1980 to 45% in 1990. Then this increasing trend was set to continue, reaching its peak of well above 50% in 2000, and this figure remained the same in 2010.
