PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECTS OF ONLINE EDUCATION IN UZBEKISTAN IN 
CASE OF COVID-19

Annotation:
The article describes the coronavirus pandemic and its consequences. The 
impact of Covid-19 on education and the resulting distance learning system, as well as online 
communication, will be analyzed philosophically. In this process, the activities of teachers and 
students are explained.

The unique image of each period is manifested through events that express its content and 
essence. Similarly, 2020 marked the beginning of a unique period of cataclysm in human history. 
This is because the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic around the world has warned humanity that 
it needs to change its attitude to its moral image, based on complex socio-political, economic, 
spiritual-enlightenment, cultural approaches. In the midst of global problems, humanity is almost 
out of its natural boundaries. 
In fact, we can list, analyze, and propose solutions to several of these periods. However, the 
unique image of the COVID-19 pandemic coincided with a period of direct, globalization of social 
development, the elimination of borders between countries and nations, the achievements of science 
and technology in the individual, family, state relations, activities. In the process, the speed of its 
spread, as well as the implementation of measures to combat it, has created an opportunity to 
systematically organize the ability to protect against it. 
The main focus in this process was the announcement of quarantine at the state level in each 
state, taking precautions against the spread of the pandemic. This directly necessitated the need for 
all human beings to find refuge in their homes, not just as in the days of Noah. 
What is the result? Can a person completely cease his conscious and practical activities during 
this period? 
Of course not! Because life is a constant, uninterrupted movement. The concept of action 
encompasses all the changes and processes that take place in the whole being and universe, 
including the human society. Action is manifested in change and represents the existence of being . 
Changes occur as a result of internal and external influences, which are the result of the interaction 
of different objects[2.488p.]. Because there are no immutable things in the universe, no properties 
and attributes, no relationships. At first glance, what appears to be tranquility is stillness, inaction is 
relative, and represents a certain state of motion. In this sense, the most complex type of movement 
is social movement. After all, man and his life, the existence of society and the way of thinking are 
different socio-political, spiritual and cultural relations - the highest form of movement among 
certain people. 
Forms of movement reflect the formation of the universe and being, the path of development. 
Therefore, there is a hierarchical connection between the forms of action, i.e., a strict sequence, an 
interdependence, a dialectical connection from simple to complex, from bottom to top. Also, the 
motion of one object relative to another occurs. It is illogical for an action to occur in isolation from 
the body and the object. Action represents the existence of an entity. Because an entity cannot 
maintain its structural integrity without action. The things and events around us maintain their 
certain order and unity due to movement. Because of this, there is growth, maturation, prosperity, 
development. Hence, the source of action is manifested in the interactions underlying the changes 
and in the relationships between them. 
As a result of the pandemic in 2020, while the main changes were manifested in the disease 
affecting human health, it was directly prevented from causing unstable situations as it could pose a 
great threat to human society. Basically, the state and society are human activities that express their 
existence through their interactions. Their development is a change in labor and attitudes towards it 
only as a direct result of the improvement of human consciousness and activity. The same process 
has taken place today. How did this happen? A simple example is the impact of the COVID-19 
pandemic on education. As of April 9, 2020, 1,576,021,818 students were affected by the pandemic. 
This is 91.3% of the total number of students, in 188 countries around the world, schools, all 
educational institutions are completely closed [3.]. All heads of state have developed measures to 
prevent the COVID-19 pandemic. Special commissions have been set up, and the problems of 
stabilizing the current situation are being addressed due to the efforts of international governmental 
and non-governmental organizations and activists. 
According to Plato, in order to ensure good deeds, to eliminate other opinions about these 
works, as well as their superiority and legitimacy, the owner must think deeply and conduct 
inspections. The owner must know how to enforce the law, firstly, and secondly, to issue decrees. If

he does not enforce what he commands, if he does not follow what others obey, then his 
instructions will have no legal force and his words will not affect his subordinates [1.19-20б.] . 
In general, due to the timely introduction of quarantine in the Republic, on the basis of strict 
requirements and restrictions, as a result of the rich spiritual and moral values of our people, there 
are conditions of stability. In the field of education, radical changes have taken place in the lives 
and activities of society and people. First, practical work on distance learning, planned for several 
years, has been launched. Second, the activity of social workers has increased. Third, many sectors 
of government agencies are operating online. Fourth, it was recognized that the work of the most 
ancient professions, doctors and teachers, was of paramount importance in any situation. 
In particular, the activities of teachers in the development of society have been given a new 
look. Starting from great countries such as China [4.], the system of distance education has been 
introduced, albeit within our republic. Video lessons have been prepared and are being improved by 
educators of preschool education institutions, school teachers, professors and teachers of lyceums, 
colleges and universities. Channels have also been opened for separate communication between 
teacher and students in order to control the knowledge of pupils and students. Existing problems 
and misunderstandings are resolved during the online communication, specific tasks and 
recommendations are given. 
n general, distance education has made it possible to meet the needs as a result of the demands 
and needs of today. The rapid introduction of this system in the field of education will create 
additional opportunities for personnel, especially the younger generation, to continue their 
education, to master the curriculum in a timely manner. However, within the scope of the Internet, 
lessons are being systematically broadcast through the connection of additional TV channels 
directly, given that this does not cover all areas. At the same time, as a result of the discriminatory 
activities of teachers, family stability in the social environment, communication between children 
and parents, the opportunity to use leisure time effectively and purposefully have been created. If 
Noah gathered all living beings and kept them asleep, today we are providing peace by spreading 
enlightenment to people. 
In general, regardless of whether it is a stable or unstable period of social development, 
problems have been solved by acquiring knowledge, a theoretical and practical approach to all 
problems, and strengthening enlightenment. In this process, the creative potential of teachers and 
scientists once again allows humanity to reach new heights.
