From my perspective, there are more pros of communicate online in terms of business rather than cons due to several reasons which I will explain.
On the one hand, organizing business meetings online create ample opportunities for internships. It can be more useful and one option for businessmen whose staff works remotely. Moreover, it is time-saving that participants do not have to go to significant distant places to meet one another. They just open their notebooks and can start discussion and trainings easily with their partners that are in the another corner of the world. Online meeting platforms, such as Zoom and others have enough facilities to organize communications like an offline.
On the other hand, meeting with business partners remotely with the help of technologies can trigger some issues. One of the possible consequences of this option is the lack of technical opportunities. For instance, stability of the internet connection and some aspects of platforms cannot be the same in everywhere so that this can be cause to disconnections and affect to effectiveness during sessions. Furthermore, the elderly people find the conducting meetings and trainings via internet difficult to understand. Participants perhaps tend to be distracted by other online interesting activities during online sessions.
To sum up, it seems that the advantages of virtual meetings that consume significantly less time and money with other conveniences outweigh the disadvantages.
