Organized Outreach Project to Davis High School, Yakima, WA in connection with my Intro. to Chicano Studies, Latina/o Theater, Latina/o Popular Culture, and Chicana/Latina Expressive Culture courses. Contacted interested high school faculty, designed project curriculum, and secured $1500 from the Office of the Divisional Dean of Social Sciences for the 200-mile trips from Seattle to Yakima. Four separate trips were made over a period of two years.
