Information on material facts (events or actions) affecting the issuer's financial and business operations, and press releases announcing decisions made by the issuer's governance bodies, in accordance with the requirements to the content and presentation structure of such information, as prescribed by the Bank of Russia regulations	within the time frames prescribed by the Bank of Russia regulations for the disclosure of information via the news feed.
