Create a menu for a restaurant in a francophone country / region and explain in French how it represents the cuisine of that country / region.

Part 1 – Le Menu

Choose a francophone country with a cuisine that vividly reflects the culture and geography. Create a menu. Include:

• 
  French name, address & logo of restaurant
  
• 
  At least three items under each of these categories – entrées, plats principaux, salades, desserts/ fromages 
  
• 
  A description of each dish including the main ingredients
  
• 
  Prices
  
• 
  At least one spécialité maison 
  

Part 2 – Presentation 5mn max.

• 
  Briefly describe the country / region in relation to the local cuisine.
  
• 
  Choose a dish from each category. Describe it – ingredients & taste.
  
• 
  Explain how it relates to the history / culture / geography of the region. How do these factors affect the ingredients?
  
• 
  Is there a story associated with it? Does it use local ingredients?
