What did you learn in this class that will be helpful in the future?


In the last 15 weeks I have discovered new section of the science for myself. Leadership! In this course first of all, I have learned difference between leader and manager. Then I got much special information leadership such as behavior and its types. Actually i didn't imagine that leadership has so many responsibility and requirements but now not only I know about it but I also can apply it in my future career practice. For my part, it is hard to be successful leader without this information that we have learned. That's why I am not thinking about to encounter such problems in future. And another factor I should mention is improvement in our cooperative skill during session. Even though we had online classes our professor managed to organize some team play games like scavenger hunt and diplomacy game which we have contacted with others and negotiated with them
