3. QUANTITY, QUALITY, TERMS OF DELIVERY OF 
THE GOODS 
 
3.1. The goods are shipped by batches agreed upon by the 
Parties in Appendixes to the present contract.
3.2. Packing of the Goods must comply to international 
standards and ensure safety of the Goods during 
transportation and storage considering proper handling of 
cargo.
3.3. The Seller is obliged to ship the Goods within the lead 
time stated in specifications and profoma-invoices for each 
batch of the Goods. If necessary, the Parties may agree upon 
another lead time in appendix to the present contract.
3.4. In case of not shipping of the Goods, the Seller must 
reimburse to the Buyer whole amount of received from the 
Buyer money assets within 5 days from the date of receiving 
of such request from the Buyer, but not later than date of 
expiration of the present contract.
3.5. The Seller commits to ship according to Buyer’s application 
precise quantity of the Goods with proper quality approved by 
accompanying certificates considering its natural loss during 
transportation via vehicle and/or by sea and loading/unloading 
process
.
3.6. Quantity of the Goods sold by the Buyer and accepted 
by the Seller is determined according to quantity stated in 
importing customs declaration.
3.7. The Seller must load the Goods according to written 
instructions of the Buyer and timely inform the Buyer about 
the date of loading of the Goods.
3.8. After loading of the Goods the Seller informs the Buyer 
about the date of loading and loaded quantity.
