practical  activity  are  achieved  worldwide  to  determine  and 

utilize  alternative  sources  and  resources  of  energy  transporter 

in place of gas and oil.   

There  are  no  technic  and  technology  in  the  practice  in 

order to development of gas hydrate gathering and gas hydrate 

sediment  located  under  seas  and  oceans.    Some  methods  of 

possible drilling of  conditional wells  are being  debated in  this 

article,  that  is,  the  creation  of  gas-hydrodynamic  channels  for 

lifting gas through the water column and decomposition of gas 

hydrates inside of gas-hydrate clusters-strata.  

The likelihood of creating double-barrel horizontal wells 

for  supplying  the  heat  transporter  and  inhibitor  to  the 

bottomhole  zone  for  fracturing  the  gas  hydrate  and  extracting 

gas by a  well is considered.
