| I believe that the secret to staying healthy is in building a healthy immune system end developing a healthy family We all need to wake up early in the morning and harden our bodies with various exicises Here are some spesifics to help you stay healthy We need to have breakfast with vitamin stuff in the morning We have breakfast to put on freshly washed flat clothes after breakfast You need to be active during the day Even in the evening , a healthy diet is very important in the family We should not forget about evening exercise as well Then we have to brush our faces, brush our teeth and go to bed on time .
