| I believe that the secret to staying healthy is in building a healthy immune system end developing a healthy family We all need to wake up early in the morning and harden our bodies with various exicises We need to have breakfast with vitamin stuff in the morning You need to be active during the day Even in the evening , a healthy diet is very important in the family Then we have to brush our faces, brush our teeth and go to bed on time .
