Doctors recommend that older people should exercise regularly. However many of them do not exercise enough.
Doctors recommend that older people should exercise regularly. However many of them do not exercise enough. What are the causes? What can be done to encourage them to exercise? According to doctors, exercise makes the body healthy. Olders move very slowly, in which blood circulation slows down. Therefore, more exercise is recommended for older adults. But too many olders don’t do regular exercise. As a result, they infect themselves more and more. Below are some of the cause of infection.

The first reason is laziness. Because of laziness, we lose our health. We realize this too late. As a result the disease will overwhelm us.

The second reason is that we need to choose a healthy lifestyle. We need to consume more fresh vegetables, melons. The organism requires it. If we meet the needs of the organism, we will always be healthy.

Another reason why doctors offer olders exercise is that the majority of olders are very sedentary, especially in our country. Many diseases are caused by inactivity. As a result, they experience rapid fatigue, weakness, rapid heartbeat.



As a conclusion, our health is our wealth. We need to keep our bodies in balance by exercising regularly from a young age. Then doctors will never invite us to practice. Because there is no need for it. It’s not always hard to practice. You need to follow time management so that you always have time. Let's take care of our health!
