Through the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 21, 2012, PQ-1730, "Measures for
further introduction and development of modern information and communication technologies", a special program for 2012- 2017, covering 21 specific measures approved and its implementation was entrusted to a special Coordinating Council. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 30, 2012 №378 "On measures to further improve the functioning of the government portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Internet, taking into account the provision of interactive public services" regulations on the establishment of a service portal (single portal) and its technical and technological basis.
The main criteria for evaluating systems and instruments for measuring water flow parameters are the reliability of the systems and the reliability of the data obtained from the determination by the metrological characteristics of the measuring instruments. Thus, the changes in this area are based on new approaches to the formation of data accounting of water systems based on innovative technologies in the field of measurement technology and metrology. The article describes the equipment, connection principle, operation and installation of the JSN-SR04 device.
Since independence, the country has taken comprehensive measures to assess and effectively monitor groundwater resources, develop and implement methods and mathematical modeling of events and processes occurring in complex hydrogeological conditions, and achieved certain results. In this regard, a number of scientific studies aimed at improving the geofiltration processes of regional hydrogeological regions on the basis of information support of the mathematical model, predicting the parameters of the subsurface hydrosphere, which allows to determine the state of the hydrogeological zone.
