Conclusion: The level of development of national terms is directly related to the social, economic, scientific and technical development of the countries speaking this national language. Some of the Arabic-speaking countries are just entering the era of development of modern industry and technology. Scientific research in many areas of modern science is just beginning. Therefore, at a time when national staff is being trained and there is an opportunity to form an independent scientific and technical literature in the national language, to be aware of the achievements in science and technology and to translate the necessary scientific and technical literature and solve some scientific problems in Arabic newspapers and magazines and it is natural that a system of assimilated terms is being formed through the popularization of foreign terms through the publication of articles, the introduction of modern techniques, and the development of industry.
The development of national terms is related to the situation that arises in language. In a bilingual environment, a foreign language is the main language in the fields of science, technology and education, and therefore national terminology may not develop in practice. This is the case, for example, in the Arab Maghreb. In both cases, the state of the system of special terms is closely related to the use of the national language in the field of special treatment.
