During  the  survey  the  researcher  found  that  employees  working  in  BHEL  were  literate 
irrespective of their nature of job. The above table reveals that majority of the respondents have 
job satisfaction with regard to their education. 
The table reveals that 71.3% of the employees who are either graduate or above graduate have 
more  job  satisfaction  and  it  is  followed  by  the  percentage  of  the  employees  who  have  the 
qualification  of  up-to  secondary  and  51.5%  employees  are  satisfied  who  have  completed  their 
education  up-to  higher  secondary.  One  important  point  should  be  noted  here that  48.5% of  the 
employees  are  showing  their  dissatisfaction  who  have  the  qualification  of  up-to  senior 
secondary.
