INVITATION TO BID

Focus Humanitarian Assistance (FOCUS) is an international group of agencies established in Europe, North America, South and Central Asia to complement the provision of emergency relief, principally in the developing world. It helps people in need reduce their dependence on humanitarian aid and facilitates their transition to sustainable self-reliant, long-term development. Focus Humanitarian Assistance is an affiliate of the AKDN. The Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) is a group of development agencies with mandates that include the environment, health, education, architecture, culture, microfinance, rural development, disaster reduction, and the promotion of private-sector enterprise and the revitalization of historic cities. AKDN agencies conduct their programmers without regard to faith, origin or gender.

FOCUS invites organizations and private entrepreneurs to participate in the tender for the supply of satellite imagery and devices for the COSE project. This tender is carried out within the project «COSE» "Creating opportunities in a safe environment," funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

Remark: Delivery of satellite images and devices for COSE project should start upon signing of the contract by both sides. The envelope besides bid shall have following documents:

  Copy of the document of legally registered company or enterprise (patent, license etc.)

  Copy if Identification number of taxpayer and paper from tax office confirming absence of any debts
  
• 
  Account in the bank;
  
• 
  Terms of delivery, payment and validity of offered prices.
