Invest finance bank

Event of Default means the occurrence of any of the events detailed in Clause 13 ( Eventsof Default).
Facility has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.1(a) (The Murabaha Facility).
Final Repayment Date means the earlier of:

1. 
   the date falling 36 months after the first Settlement Date; and
   

4. 
   the last day of the period ending three (3 )years from the date of effectiveness of the Line of Finance Agreement as advised by the Bank.
   

Goods means the goods and the parts thereof referred to in Schedule 1 (Goods) hereof.
Grace Period means, in relation to each shipment and each Murabaha Contract, the period of six (6) months starting from the relevant Settlement Date provided that the Grace Period shall not extend beyond the date occurring 6 months after the date of this Agreement.
Implementation Period means the period of six (6) months commencing from the date of effectiveness of the Line of Finance Agreement as advised by the Bank to the Buyer.
Insurances means all policies and contracts of insurance effected and maintained in respect of the relevant Goods including, but not limited to, marine or transit insurance, burglary and property damage insurance.
Letter of Guarantee means a bank guarantee to be issued by a bank acceptable to the ICD in the form of Schedule 7 (Letter of Guarantee).
Line Account means the account of the Bank, details of which are set out in Clause 9.4(b) (Miscellaneous) of this Agreement.
Line of Finance Agreement means the line of finance agreement dated September 8, 2021 entered into between the Bank and ICD by virtue of which the Bank acts as agent for the ICD in respect of this Agreement.
Mark-up means X.X%, per annum.
Mark-up Amount means, in relation to a Murabaha Contract, an amount equal to the aggregate of the Mark-up Instalments for each Repayment Period falling within the Repayment Term.
