Zaključek
Druga možnost za boljše pomnjenje veščin TPO je redno obnavljanje veščin TPO. Obnovljivi tečaji
morajo biti najkasneje 7 mesecev po osnovnem tečaju [16,17]. Morda je naša dvostopenjska metoda
učenja TPO (TPO za šoferje, kateri sledi nadaljevalni tečaj TPO) ustrezna pot za ohranjanje že osvojenega
znanja oz. ključ do poznavanja TPO. Tradicionalno učenje v razredu ali učenje s simulacijami bi lahko
kombinirali z novejšimi didaktičnimi metodami (DVD ali spletni izobraževalni sistemi). Študenti
mariborske MF so ustanovili združenje ‘Za življenje’. Ta skupina mladih pod nadzorom inštruktorjev ERC-
a, organizira tečaje prve pomoči in TPO za laike na različni javnih mestih. V letu 2009 so uspeli izpeljati
44 tečajev TPO, katerih se je udeležilo 1110 laikov, vključno s šolarji. Njihov naslednji projekt je
‘kampanja‘ v osnovnih šolah, kjer bodo študenti medicine v vlogi inštruktorjev pomagali pri učenju
šolarjev v TPO.
