INTRODUCTION. It is permissible to emphasize one opinion before talking about international relations and its role in history during the reign of the great commander and ruler Amir Temur. The International Relations of the Uzbek people with a history of statehood for more than 2700 years in the past millennia have been poorly studied, because the issues of diplomacy of foreign political relations have practically not been studied. In this sense, it is natural that every step taken in this direction will be of great interest. Nevertheless, we can say that the Temurids, especially the foreign political relations and diplomacy of the era of Amir Temur, are one of the brightest pages in the history of international relations without any exaggeration. When assessing the International Relations of the current period, one should remember one rule, that is, reality should stand in the center, not just one person or persons. If a topic is preceded by a social or emotional order, or a goal is to glorify, justify, or condemn an individual without a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the historical reality, it's okay to get stuck in a dead end street and start the rest of it. The role and services of historical figures are evident only when historical reality is correctly understood. It is also extremely important to have a correct and clear picture of the subject and space under study. In this sense, in order to understand the essence of the international relations and diplomacy of Amir Temur's time, first of all, we will have to learn about the world political, economic, ideological landscape of that time. After all, Amir Temur is a skilled politician and diplomat of his time around the world. So, first of all, we need to know the situation in this "playing field", low heights, rules and regulations. Only then can we see the reasons for Amir Temur's policy and approach in each particular situation or issue.
