Insufficient development of social infrastructure is one of the important obstacles to the
development of zones. This, in turn, will have a significant negative impact on the increase in
investment flows to tourist zones, the development of production in the zones. The free tourist zones
should pay special attention to the construction of housing, cultural facilities, catering and retail outlets,
sports and medical facilities. The construction of social and financial infrastructure and the provision
of consulting services will increase the efficiency of the free tourist zones.
Given that the main goal in establishing free economic zones is to increase tourism facilities in
undeveloped areas. Conversely, small business enterprises, local guest houses, tourism
enterprises should not face difficulties on competition. That mean in well developing areas of
tourism destinations, areas, historical paces and city centers local business enterprises may
easily improve their services with governmental support. So investments, business chains need
to be organized in the territories where yet tourism is not well developed.
Operating free tourist zones not only in our country but in most area not common feature. In
order to promote the potential of free tourist zones , advertising campaigns need to illustrate
privileges, opportunities, taxing reductions to possible tourism business holders. In particular,
the free economic zones of China, Singapore, South Korea, Dubai have gained popularity due
to the implementation of large-scale advertising campaigns. Based on the world experience, it
is necessary to develop and implement a marketing strategy to attract investment to the free
economic zones of our country
